Deposit Details

Designate a Planner. Your group must assign a Designated Planner on behalf of all nine guests. A non-refundable deposit of $300 + tax is required to secure your group’s booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid, in full, no later than 60 days prior to your scheduled retreat dates. Your Designated Planner will be invoiced on behalf of the group. Your Designated Planner is responsible for collecting and paying the group’s invoice due to Osage Hills Retreat.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life throws curve balls from time to time. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please note that we are happy to reschedule your group with 60-days-plus notice, within a year of cancellation. However, if the cancellation occurs fewer than 60 days from your scheduled retreat date, it will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and consideration of these terms.

Reservation Payment Details

Our goal at Osage Hills Retreat Center is to make your reservation process as simple as possible. As such, we offer multiple payment options for your convenience: credit card, cash, or check.

*Please note that check is preferred but should you wish to pay by credit card, be aware that there is a 3% convenience fee.
*A $35 fee will be charged for any NSF checks.​

Booking Confirmation:
Once your reservation and deposit has been processed, your booking will be confirmed on the calendar. Should you have any questions or concerns about your payment, please call Melissa at 918-630-7053.

Payment Type:
If you choose to pay by credit card or Square, you will receive an invoice from us with a link to pay securely. As discussed above, please note that there is a 3% convenience fee for paying by card.

Hours of Operation

To maximize your productive and restful retreat time, check-in is available from 9am, while check-out is at noon on the day of departure.

Safety & Comfort

Children & Pets Policy
To ensure all our guests have the highest quality, comfort, and safety during their stay with us, we do not permit children under the age of 18 or pets at our retreat.

Smoking & Vaping
For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited on the porch, as smoke can drift indoors. We kindly ask smokers to use the designated smoking area located in the courtyard.

Arrival | Unloading | Parking

We want your retreat with us to be easy, right from the start. When you arrive, please pull up to the door of the Activity Center to unload all your vehicles. Everything is conveniently located on the first floor – no hauling heavy luggage up or down stairs. Once you have unloaded your vehicle, you will find ample parking available in our large, circular driveway.

The Small Print

Liability Agreement
While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our creative crafters, Osage Hills Retreat Center, and its owner, cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or theft of personal property during your stay. By reading this agreement, you release the owner from any liability arising from attending a retreat on the Osage Hills Retreat property.

Accidents happen: if property at our retreat gets broken or damaged, please, think of your fellow crafting sisters, and get in touch with Melissa as soon as possible. When we are aware of issues, we can address and remedy them before our next group arrives, ensuring the best quality retreat for all our crafty guests.

*Be aware that excessive damage to the property, house, or contents will be your responsibility.
